Exchange Policy

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if your product does not meet your expectations.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The item must be in unused, original condition, free from scratches, damage, or wear.

  • All original packaging, including box, invoice, authenticity/warranty card, and included accessories, must be returned intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Exchange Process:

  2. Provide Product Info:
    Include product name, reason for exchange, and your order information.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Send the item back to our provided return address. Items will be inspected upon arrival.

  4. Item Inspection:
    Our team will verify that the product meets the return conditions within 1–2 business days.

  5. Choose Your Exchange:
    You may exchange for another product of equal or higher value. If higher, you will only pay the difference.

Note:
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Buyback & Upgrade Policy

We understand your style may evolve. That’s why we offer exclusive buyback and trade-in support for watches purchased from James Lux Store.

Options Available:

  • Buyback of Used Watches:
    We’ll buy back your previously worn watch at 50–70% of the original purchase value.

  • Model Upgrade:
    Upgrade to a new watch and receive a trade-in credit of 60–70% toward your next timepiece.

  • Long-Term Support:
    Within 5 years of purchase, we offer guaranteed buyback at 50% of original value if you no longer wish to keep the item.

Non-Eligible Products for Return/Exchange

  • Custom-designed or personalized items (e.g., bespoke orders)

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage

  • Products returned without original packaging or documentation
